This verification process helps maintain the quality and integrity of our platform. Once approved within 48h, you will receive a confirmation email, and you can start accessing and using Toury.
What are the registration costs for Toury?
Toury operates on a ‘pay what you want’ subscription model. When you subscribe, the fee you select will be charged on a monthly basis. You can change the amount and also cancel the subscription at any time. This model allows you to pay any amount you feel is fair while still having access to all the platform’s features and services.

On Toury, you can offer or request a wide range of services including, but not limited to backline rental, bar staff, catering, drivers, FOH engineers, graphic designers, light technicians, merch printers, monitor engineers, photographers, PR & publicists, production managers, roadies, security, tour & studio musicians, tour accountants, tour managers, van & nightliner rentals, vinyl pressing, travel agent and visa/work permits/carnets assistance.

You can contact and communicate with service providers or clients through the Toury chat feature. This feature allows you to send messages, discuss details, and coordinate your arrangements directly on the platform after your application to a request as a provider has been approved by the client. Once you’ve been connected to a client or provider, you’re free to discuss the details further outside of the Toury platform. No restriction applies. The chat is there to facilitate the connection.
How do I update my profile and service offerings?
To update your profile and service offerings, log in to your Toury account and go to your profile settings. Here, you can edit your personal information, add or remove services you offer, and upload relevant documents or portfolio items.
Can I save and favorite providers/clients for future use?
Yes, the providers or clients you’ve confirmed a request with are automatically added to your contact book for easy access and quick reference when you need their service again.
Can I edit or withdraw a request/application after submitting it?
Yes, you can edit or withdraw a request (as a client) /application (as a provider) after submitting it. Simply go to your dashboard, find the request or application, and use the edit or withdraw options available.
